Meanwhile, for more comprehensive measuring the business performance of Zijin Mining Group, selected Shandong Gold, Zhongjin Gold as comparing object. Through detailed financial analysis, the company's main problems are:short-term debt service pressure is bigger, assets operation efficiency is low, return on net assets is low and period charge is high.Aimed at the problems existing in the operation of Zijin Mining Group, through the further analysis to the opportunities and threats in the business environment, combined with its own strengths and weaknesses, it is concluded that the principle of Zijin Mining Group is " seize the big and free the small, gold is preferred, basic metals simultaneously", and put forward the following countermeasures:Strengthening the safety and environmental protection work, improving crisis response ability; Speeding up project construction,improving the level of management and operation efficiency; Appropriately enlarging the use of financial leverage and noting the risk control; Strengthening the merger and exploration of mineral resources.
