Performance Evaluation Research Of Resource

With the deteriorating global environment and the growing awareness of environmental protection today, environmental issues are getting more and more attention, and environmental protection has become the eternal topic of enterprise. The resource-based enterprises are mainly dependent on resource extraction and there are many practical problems for the efficient use of resources and environmental protection. Also the development of resource-based enterprisesis more and more restricted by various stakeholders. Therefore, the economic and social benefits of resource-based enterprise are to be improved, and how to get equilibrium of satisfaction of each stakeholder in the development of resource-based enterprise and unity to the development goal in the enterprise, has become a hotspot issue from all walks of life to explore. According to the analysis of the performance evaluation of nowadays enterprises theories and methods, this paper will explore the performance evaluation of resource-based enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders, to analyzethe issues of enterprise development and to provide guidelines for the development of enterprises.Firstly, with the review of the history of the performance evaluation development based onstakeholders, having an abstract of literature, this paper describes the theoretical backgroundand practical background to provide a theoretical basis and support points for the study. Secondly,this paper will explain the definition and characteristics of resource-based enterprises especially of the nonferrous metal industry, and design the performance evaluation index system of resource-based enterprises. Thirdly, by combining the theory with practice and taking examples of the performance evaluation data of 23 nonferrous metal enterprises and 23 indexes from 2011 to 2013, design models and proceed some further research such as target weight and dimensionless treatment. Lastly, this paper takes the Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd for example, calculating the synthesis score with data from 2011 to 2013 and analysis the score combined with the actual situation to find out the trend of nonferrous metal industry and resource-based enterprises, so as to provide help for future development.
