Y Express Enterprise deals with customers who prefer to buy all kinds of things in the shopping site in the United States. And the main service customers currently are the consumers in China. Because the U.S. shopping site can not mail the goods to the consumer direct recipient address in China, consumers need to have a U.S. mailing address can be achieved in the U.S. Shopping.Y Express Enterprise is set up for such needs of Express delivery. But Y Express Enterprise and consumers of information asymmetry and poor communication lead to warehousing inefficiency and delivery error rate is high, so that customer satisfaction is low.Secondly, based on business process reengineering, using Levenshtein Distance algorithm and computer programming languages, according to Y Express Enterprise's the main problems, design and development of an automated warehousing system, and automated warehousing operation.Finally, after the warehousing process optimization, effectiveness of warehousing process will be conducted analysis.
