| Warehousing is an important part of modern logistics system.With the development of intelligent logistics,the intelligent problem of warehousing system has been widely concerned.The whole society has put forward higher requirements for the intelligent and automatic level of warehousing system.As a key issue to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse business,the warehouse operation process should also be developed in an intelligent direction.It is particularly necessary for companies providing third-party warehousing services to optimize warehousing processes to improve warehousing efficiency and reduce warehousing costs.Based on MC Company warehouse operation process as the research object,in reference to existing research results and related theory,under the premise of first analyzed the MC Company warehouse process,warehouse operation process,the operation process and unloading process in the library,points out its existing storage efficiency is low,during the warehousing operations personnel allocation is not reasonable,repetitive work and other issues;Then,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing problems of MC,the optimization schemes of introducing RFID technology,redistributing personnel and simplifying the sorting process are put forward from the two aspects of warehousing operation flow and sorting operation flow;Then,the Flexsim simulation software was used to simulate the warehousing operation flow before and after optimization.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results,the effectiveness and feasibility of the warehousing operation flow optimization scheme were verified;In order to better realize the optimization of the warehousing operation process of MC Company,this paper finally puts forward relevant safeguard measures to implement the optimization program from five aspects of company management,talent construction,capital investment,technical support and government support,in order to better improve the warehousing operation efficiency of MC Company. |
