The rapid development of express industry in China also bring the express of intense competition in the market.Sorting as an important part of the express operation process,the quality of the program will affect the cost of sorting,operating efficiency and service level,as well as the market competitiveness and future development of the enterprise.So it is an effective way to solve the problem of express sorting that the research on the sorting process express enterprise problems solved by system thinking and mathematical methods for sorting program,and use simulation technology can provide a reference for the decision makers to reduce the risk and increase reliability.First of all,the ST transfer center sorting area as the research object,based on the introduction of the function layout and operation process,detailed statistics and analysis of the sorting area sorting processes,personnel work ability and sorting staff work saturation and found that there are problems of low sorting efficiency,staff labor intensity,fatigue and other issues in the sorting area,sorting link so as to become the bottleneck of the whole process,so clear the key content of the sorting area optimization is the sorting process optimization.Then based on the ECRS method improved the sorting process,put forward the current sorting front and split into the "primary sorting-fine sorting" two sorting mode,and take a different number of express delivery method to distinguish express delivery,while reducing the unnecessary waiting part of the sorting,so improving the sorting efficiency greatly.After the sorting process is determined,as the goal of the enterprise benefit maximization,setting up express sorting personnel allocation model of sorting system,to solve the problem of peak express backlog caused by the work intensity.In order to ensure the implementation of the program,then using the 5S theory to the scene of the sorting personnel and the environment management,so as to ensure the sorting efficiency and quality.Finally,through the analysis of the structure was optimized to verify the correctness of the sorting process stochastic Petri net model of building,and converting this model to simulation model for modeling simulation and results analysis.The results show that after the completion of the program to optimize the sorting time from 420 min to 378 min,reduced by 42 min,while sorting capacity increased by 35.5% and staff work saturation decreased by 6.6%.Therefore,the optimization of the sorting process to improve the efficiency of express sorting,but also reduce the labor intensity of sorting workers.
