Demand Analysis And Development Strategies Of International Road Freight From Inner Monglolia Autonomous Region To Mongolia

With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the interdependence of national economies are deepening day by day, which makes the international road transport into the important link of economic and trade cooperation between China and her neighboring countries. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and its border area, as an important international transport corridor in northern part of China, those traffic demands for passenger and freight increase rapidly, in particular, the timing and conditions for developing international road transport to Mongolia are more mature. Therefore, standardizing international road transport market and improving international road transport service levels are important measures to achieve "West Coal, East oil, the middle area of Business", the targets of international road goods transport network construction in "Twelfth Five-Year" period.In this paper, the development of national and international road transport was summarized, on this basis, the current situations of the international road transport from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to Mongolia were researched, and the development strategies were recommended, which based on the view of road transport management and the targets of international road transport to Mongolia developed stably, healthily and rapidly. First of all, the current development status of international road transport from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to Mongolia were analyzed in respects of international ports, transport routes, transport demands, interrelated enterprise and operating vehicles, and the current problems and their causes were summarized; then, the market environment of international road transport from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to Mongolia were analyzed in respects of market access and withdrawal mechanism, regulatory mechanism, coordination mechanism, operation and management mechanism, in the final, the development strategies of international road transport from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to Mongolia were recommended on the view of road transport management. the development strategies include:revising the agreement of motor transport between China and Mongolia and improving bilateral transport system; speeding up the international road transport infrastructure construction; constructing ports whit great service quality relying on the regional advantages; enacting the standard of employees and law-executor in international road traffic.
