As we all know,information technology is rapidly developing and the global economy is becoming more and more integrated.Obviously,the old enterprise management method has gradually fallen behind the times.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new management model that can adapt to the competitive environment.In this context,supply chain management is generated and obtained on a large scale.However,there are still many differences between the inventory problem in the supply chain environment and the traditional inventory problem.It is these differences that further reflect the impact of supply chain management thinking on inventory management.The paper mainly includes as follows: First,the paper expounds the background and significance of supply chain inventory management research,briefly summarizes the development of foreign supply chain inventory,and related research status;Second,we review and analyze the past people,research of supply chain management theory,and a brief overview of mode,characteristics,objectives,content and related fields of it;Third,elaborate the relevant theoretical basis of inventory management,including the basic theory of inventory control,traditional management method,inventory management and optimization in the supply chain environment,analysis of existing unresolved problems;Fourth,according to the inventory control problems and characteristics of China Railway 21 st Bureau Group Fifth Engineering Co.,Ltd.,proposed a solution to optimize inventory.With reference to the mathematical method of multi-objective programming,a calculation model is designed to eliminate the defects of the original system considering only the inventory cost.At the same time,considering the inventory cost,the enterprise's out-of-stock time and the number of out-of-stocks are considered,which greatly improves the original.Some of the shortcomings in scheduling,and considering the genetic algorithm has the characteristics of global optimization,the application of the algorithm to solve the inventory model.Finally,according to the designed inventory scheduling model,a multi-level inventory management system that suitable for the company is proposed,and the inventory cost under the two inventory management schemes is adjusted and compared through the inventory case analysis of China Railway 21 th Bureau.The analysis results show that this paper proposes the inventory management solution play a good role in controlling the inventory cost of the company.The significance of this paper is to reduce the inventory cost of the enterprise by establishing relevant inventory scheduling model,collecting and integrating the inventory and demand of each node department in the supply chain,and optimizing the multi-level inventory of the enterprise according to the demand based on the relevant information.
