Study On Development Planning Of Road Transport Secondary Industry

ABSTRACT:In recent years, as China's economic and social get a sustainable, healthy and stable development, people's living standard improves quickly. Car consumption as an important component of household consumption has gained rapid development. During "Twelfth Five-Year" period, with the rising temperature of car consumption, road transport secondary industry scale will meet a rapid expansion, the industry will maintain strong momentum, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the planning and research work to help the relevant departments to formulate development policies at the beginning of "Twelfth Five-Year", to promote its rapid development.Based on road transport secondary industry as the research object, this paper uses ideas and methods of systems analysis supporting road transport secondary industry development planning studies, by collecting the compilation of relevant publications, data, combing the basic theory research, learning from foreign experience, in the use of existing research results. The main contents include the domestic and international development, basic research, planning case study.Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation and future development trends at home and aboard, summarizes the typical country which formulated development policy, goals, and the lessons they learned in the different stages of economic development, and according to our country's industry development present situation, extracts a useful reference and inspiration; secondly, based on the road transport secondary industry basic concept, the research methods, the evaluation index and other basic theory research, it builds this paper's research theory basis; finally, the paper gives a demonstration through the sample of road transport secondary industry in Zhejiang province in the next five year, in other words, it fulfills the aim of combination of theory and practice.
