The Research On Development Models Of The Villages And Small Towns Residential

Since the reform and opening up of China, there is a significant development in the urban construction,the government of China is paying attention to rural construction and launched a new socialist countryside campaign. This campaign includes the rural industrialization and modernization of agricultural production, rural culture, rural well-off residential and many other contents.The residential construction of villages and small towns includes many contents, the construction of residential properties, rural infrastructure, rural public service facilities, environmental protection, settlement and protection of civilization.Based on the analysis of residential construction villages and small towns of foreign counties, we arrive at the the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, then we get eight development strategies and five development models. Then we discuss the inovation of finance means and channels in the construction.
