The Evaluation Research After The Redevelopment Of Constructive Land In The Villages And Small Towns

The redevelopment of constructive land in the villages and small Towns is an objective product of urbanization and industrialization.It can effectively change the original inefficient land use pattern,promote the transformation of the regional economic growth pattern of rural villages and towns,and is a realistic way to carry out urban functions and realize industrial cultivation in the peripheral and rural areas.The current research mainly focus on policy analysis,development model optimization and game simulation.So,current research is deficient in the evaluation research after the redevelopment of constructive land in the villages and small towns,which is not conducive to the tracking and management of the redevelopment of the construction land of village and village.In conclusion,it is essential to carry out the research of the evaluation research after the redevelopment of constructive land in the villages and small towns.In addition,it can be the basis for the stakeholders to carry out the evaluation research after the redevelopment of constructive land in the villages and small towns.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper constructs the evaluation research after the redevelopment of constructive land in the villages and small towns from three levels of target realization,land management and development benefit,and adopts the comprehensive evaluate method,topsis model evaluation method and grey multi attribute decision evaluation method in Guangzhou Baiyunhui project,Anhuahui project and Linhecun project were analyzed.It is noted that the results of the three assessment methods are different.There are certain differences in the comprehensive benefits of the three projects.Among them,Baiyunhui project,Linhecun project has better comprehensive effect,and the effect of Anhuahui project in two aspects of target implementation level and development benefit level is relatively poor.Finally,it puts forward the aspects and shortcomings of this study,and the difficulties and priorities of follow-up research.
