Integrated transport system is one part of national economic system, its task is to meet the social production and circulation of commodities and people travel transport needs. The formation of transport structure is in the national macro-control of various transport modes to compete or cooperation in a given period. In order to analyze the development of transport structure, china's economic development and industrial structure development was researched. The analysis help to promote the development of integrated transport system. In this paper, the transport structure was researched based on the transport data and regional economic data, the use of VAR model and push-pull effect model help to analyze the pluse to the various transpot modes which is produced by regional economic factors and the coordination of transportation and regional economics. This paper defines the content structure of integrated transport, classified the current integrated transport structure. Analyzed the evolution of transport structure, descriped the transport structure based on the 1981-2009 traffic data. Transportation and economic differences were analyzed on regional. After that, passenger and cargo traffic of railway, highway, waterway and economic factors were selected to calculate the correlation coefficient, cluster analysis based on correlation coefficients. The country was divided into several areaes, the differences of the regional transport and economic were compared. Then, the VAR model was established, in order to using the impulse response functions and variance decomposition method for quantitative analyzing the impact to various transportation modes which is produced by economic factors. The push-pull effect model helped to analyze coordination of transportation and economic development. Finally, the paper empirically analyzed the development of regional integrated transport structure, and provided a basis for structural adjustment.
