Taking correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, Selecting land use data and the industrial structure data of Shangrao City from2000to2009with instance study to research the correlation between land use structure and socio-economic structure with Shangrao City include different comprehensive functions areasOn this basis, we can use the correlation between the two principal component regression analysis to build the multiple linear regression model with the industrial land and industrial output, and multiple linear regression tests to ensure that the scientific nature of the model.The results are mainly the following aspects:(1) The view from the city’s macro-level, arable land proportion with primary industry was significantly positively correlated, and with the proportion of secondary industry^the tertiary industry was a significant negative correlation; Construction sites have made significant contributions to the city’s economic development, it is profound impact on secondary industry, tertiary industry development, on this basis, the level of economic density and population density also will be the development; not only with economic density but also population density has low negative correlation with the proportion of unutilized land(2) From the level of the different functional zones, it has regional characteristic social economic development models because focus of the development is different.Compared with the conclusions drawn from the macro level of the city, it is not only partially complied with the rule derived by the city’s macro-level but also had own characteristics.(3) According to the conclusions of studies of land use and socio-economic structure correlation, we can build the number of industrial land and industrial output value of the relational model.
