Research On Management Pattern And Evaluation Of Information System Of Chattel Mortgage Business

ABSTRACT:With the development from traditional logistics to modem logistics, chattel mortgage business has developed to be a more perfect kind of financial logistics products, and showed the fast-growing trend. To better monitor the pledge, third party logistics enterprise urgent need to improve the level of information management to win clients in the fierce market competition. As the carrier of advanced information technology and scientific management methods, information system of chattel mortgage business can effectively reduce the operating costs of third party logistics enterprise, improve the level of information management, and enhance its core competitiveness.The third party logistics enterprise should take serious consideration on how to build an efficient management information system of chattel mortgage business.The paper contrapose the actual characteristics of chattel mortgage business and around the management pattern and evaluation of information system,make further research on information system of chattel mortgage business by combining theory with practice, on the basis of detailed investigation and analysis and summary of the former research results of information system. Main research contents include the following three aspects:(1) Draw lessons from the goal pattern theory, discuss the application of the goal pattern in information system of chattel mortgage business, and analyze and expound it from both the goal pattern analysis and development strategy.(2)Establish the two-level evaluation index system of information system of chattel mortgage business. The first level indexes are the technological level of development, system performance, economic benefits and management strategy. The second level indexes are centralized control capacity, risk management capacity, cooperation capacity, etc..Then confirm the indexes weight using AHP.(3) The comprehensive evaluation is made on information system of chattel mortgage business of company A through the application of the two-stage fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Analyze the evaluation results of the first level indexes and the overall system, and among which emphatically analyze the evaluation results of the index management strategy.
