On the aspects of marketing, transportation vehicle, safety management and information system, the thesis studies the management model of third part railways transportation logistics, and give the process of railways dangerous goods transportation.From the point of infrastructure equipment property ownership, this paper compares the investment models of third part railways dangerous goods, establish investment model selection index system, use AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to determine whether to choose self or shared lines. Finally, take the potential third-party rail transport of dangerous goods company-Xinjiang Gold Tuba Chemical Transportation Co., Ltd. for example, verify the indicator system and evaluation method reasonable. This paper established the investment model selection index system and judgment methods, these system and method can supply dedicated line of investment decision-making basis for third-party railways transportation of dangerous goods.
