With the rapid development of China's economy,as production materials and energy,the demand for dangerous goods is increasing,its circulation range is also increasing.With the advancement of society and the development of the economy,the demand for dangerous goods such as oil,natural gas and chemical products is growing.Accidents of dangerous goods on the road during logistic transportation and warehousing also show an increasing trend year by year.Safety and environmental protection are the themes of this era.Due to the location of the plateau and climate in Yunnan Province,the dangerous characteristics of dangerous goods such as flammable,explosive and corrosive,there are certain risks in the logistics management of dangerous goods.Therefore,it is the great theoretical and practical significance to fully understand the risks of dangerous goods in various processes of logistics and to clarify the necessary prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of dangerous goods and promote the development of logistics.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic selection.Based on the research status at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the current situation of dangerous goods logistics management in Yunnan Province.Since Yunnan is located on the plateau,it also analyzes the impact of the plateau environment on the logistics process management of dangerous goods in Yunnan.Then the expert questionnaire is used to sort out the factors affecting the logistics management of dangerous goods from the aspects of production and processing,warehousing,transportation,loading and unloading and distribution of dangerous goods;Secondly,the interpretative structure model is used to analyze the relationship between various influencing factors.By calculating the reach ability matrix.The influencing factors are divided into 6 layers for interpretation,and the ISM model is used to solve the important influencing factors of the safety of dangerous goods in logistics.Combined with the current status of Yunnan Province,first,the experts scored the influence of important influencing factors on various logistics links,then we used fuzzy soft set theory to establish a risk evaluation model,after that we calculated the weight of each factor,and obtained the risk value of each core operation link to determine thedangerous goods logistics.From the result,the most risky process is the transportation process.Finally,this paper combines the current situation of risk management of dangerous goods logistics in Yunnan Province,and puts forward corresponding risk control strategies and suggestions to minimize possible accidents in dangerous goods logistics activities.
