Research On Risk Analysis And Hazard Prevention Measures Of Chemicals Transportation By Road In China

In this paper author analyzed China dangerous chemicals road transportation accidents reasons, and finds the main reasons are safety management missing, human error, vehicle facilities and etc. National road transportation management system is made of government, road transportation enterprise and manufacturing enterprise. Effective risk management comes out of the efforts from all the three parties.This paper summarizes the chemicals road transportation management in China, points out that the current research status of chemicals road transportation accident characteristics and the actual situation in our country, and puts forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures and the prevention of our state's chemicals road transportation risk. The research will play a positive role in promoting.With China's development of modern industry, the increasing of road transportation volume of chemicals, there are more diversified forms of risks, and more related parties, such as the users and road transportation center of cargo. This paper is only focusing on the state administrative departments, enterprises and the production of the chemicals instead of working on all related parties.
