As one of the largest enterprises in China's petroleum refining and chemical industry,Jilin Petrochemical Co has not only paid a large amount of tax for China in the past few decades,but also trained a large number of chemical talents.With the increasing scale of enterprises,Jilin Petrochemical Co has total assets of nearly 30 billion,on the staff of more than 50 thousand people,millions of tons of crude oil annually,about 800000 tons of ethylene production,the main products have 110 kinds of main refinery,with 60 sets of production equipment,including 9 sets of production capacity ranked first in the country,such as ethylene propylene rubber,acrylonitrile,methyl methyl acrylate;3 sets of equipment production capacity ranked second in the country,such as high density polyethylene;there are 4 sets of equipment production capacity ranked third in the country,such as styrene butadiene rubber.At present,the Jilin Petrochemical Co not only has ABS,polyethylene,acrylonitrile,butyl alcohol,ethylene propylene rubber and other pillar products,also has the special characteristics of products of carbon fiber,high activity polyisobutylene,rubber and other special material with independent intellectual property rights,the future development prospects will be more broad.The Jilin Petrochemical Co has its own base and storage equipment,the main service to its production and operation of construction,because the company will be the main energy and money in the main business development,the dangerous goods warehouse management costs less,a lot of dangerous chemicals warehouse equipment is backward,cannot keep up with the changing situation.Dangerous goods warehouse managers are mostly older workers,in practice,they mostly rely on years of experience,and no professional system of training management.But in today's society,especially the characteristics of logistics industry,warehousing industry gradually showing a modern,information,data and high efficiency,the development of Jilin Petrochemical Co and traditional warehousing operation mode and personnel strength can not keep up with the times,gradually become the short board in the production and operation and development are restricted in some extent,the integration of oil refining.In this paper,through the analysis of Jilin Petrochemical Co,storage of dangerous chemicals and the status quo,analysis of the company's presence in the dangerous goods storage problems: insufficient storage capacity of hazardous chemicals;warehousing operations are not standardized,dangerous goods warehouse management is too scattered,not intensive;dangerous goods warehouse informatization and standardization of supervision ability is poor,lack of information sharing mechanism and effective management of dangerous goods that name,dangerous chemicals warehouse all quantity,location,structure and other information did not realize the unified management of hazardous chemicals,the same class exists in different warehouse in different positions,easily lead to repeat purchase,the business links between the department is still in the original business contact state.Artificial inventory method is still keeping dangerous chemicals warehouse,lack of advanced management methods in inventory management.The lack of high-quality professionals,the existing team,the aging phenomenon is more serious.Employee professional skills are low.Personnel employment is not standardized,the lack of effective supervision and management system and performance appraisal mechanism.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding management reform scheme: enhance the degree of attention,strengthen the company's dangerous goods warehouse rationalization management,including strengthening storage conditions rationalization,variety structure rationalization,the rationalization of the storage time,in order to enhance the company storage capacity;strengthen the dangerous goods warehouse management,reduce the incidence of accidents;the concept of innovation and development,and constantly improve the company's warehouse management level of information technology,to create a new warehouse information management system,accurate positioning of hazardous chemicals,high command warehouse operations,real-time inventory management,real-time monitoring,improve warehouse safety;through the introduction of talent,strengthen staff training,establish the incentive assessment mechanism,strengthen staff humane way to create outstanding talent,enhance corporate brand image.
