Research On The Inventory Restraint Common Delivery Of Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years, in the new situation of the development of modern logistics, China's enterprises, including many small and medium manufacturing enterprises have the wrong tendency of self-running logistics with "big but all-inclusive, small but all-inclusively ", which causes inefficient transportation and low distribution costs. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of logistics and reduce the costs of logistics of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, the choice of delivery method for small and medium manufacturing enterprises play an important role. The joint distribution is one of the trends of distribution, through the joint delivery distribution operations, the joint distribution not only can achieve economies of scale and improve the efficiency of logistics operations but also can save the resources of the enterprise to focus on core businesses.Based on the analysis of the development of domestic and foreign joint distribution and associated research summary, this thesis established the Single-product common-delivery model and the multi-product common-delivery model. They cause the cost to be lowest and satisfied the customer. After considering how to build the distribution center for the joint distribution of horizontal alliances, the problems of vertical distribution was solved in the thesis, In the context of the implementation of joint distribution, small and medium manufacturing enterprises can take inventory and distribution transport into account together to optimize the cost of the actual distribution system. This thesis analyzes the characteristic of the given logistics system, cost structure and variable of decision-making, designs a model about the system which could minimize the system logistics cost, and offers some algorithms to attain the optimal delivery frequency, delivery amount and delivery route. Finally, from the analysis of every enterprise's investment, distribution count, contribution rate,risks and the core enterprise's influence, the article built a profit distribution model with cooperative game theory for small and medium-sized manufacturers'joint distribution alliance, and solved the model with quadratic programming method, and demonstrated those methods to be more efficiency and rationalization. The aim of the thesis is to provide well theory guide and help to those enterprises which trying to implement joint distribution to improve their own competitiveness for the survival and development in the fierce market competition.
