Edible oil is a necessity for people's life.As an auxiliary material for dishes,it is an important food that provides human body heat energy and essential fatty acids, and promotes the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. In the 1990 s,small package edible oil entered the Chinese market. With the economic development and population growth, the edible oil industry has developed rapidly. At present, there are more than 1,000 small package edible oil brands in some economically developed cities.Small package edible oil has replaced bulk edible oil as the protagonist of the market. At present,China's edible oil market has overcapacity, edible oil industry chain profits continue to decline, reducing inventories and increasing profits have become an urgent problem to be solved by edible oil enterprises. As an edible oil distribution enterprise, after more than ten years of development,Enterprise A has set up nine sales regions in the country and established 34 transfer warehouses to meet the needs of consumers and serve national marketing activities. The cost of the transfer warehouse inventory and distribution to retailers accounted for a large proportion of the total operating costs, reducing the inventory and distribution costs of Enterprise A transfer warehouse, thereby increasing the profit of Enterprise A.In the two-tier system composed of transit warehouse and retailer, the inventory cost and delivery cost of the transit warehouse have a trade-off relationship. The optimization of the two cannot effectively reduce the total logistics cost. The joint optimization problem is of great significance. This dissertation analyzes the inventory and distribution of the transfer warehouse of Enterprise A in the marketing area, analyzes the composition of inventory cost and distribution cost, considers the inventory cost and distribution cost as a whole, and optimizes the two decisions of inventory and distribution.Construct a secondary logistics system consisting of a transit warehouse and multiple retailers to jointly optimize the inventory and distribution of the transit warehouse.Construct a joint optimization model of inventory and distribution, and use an iterative method to solve the inventory problem to obtain the optimal distribution volume and distribution times for each time.Due to the non-continuity and non-convexity of the distribution model,it is difficult for the commonly used analytical methods to solve accurate analytical solutions within a certain period of time.Combining the characteristics of the bacterial foraging algorithm(BFO)and the ant colony algorithm(ACO),the bacterial foraging algorithm is introduced to enhance the global search capability of the ant colony algorithm, and the BFO-ACO algorithm based on the BFO-ACO algorithm to solve the distribution routing problem is proposed accordingly.Excellent distribution plan. Finally, taking the Beijing branch of Enterprise A as an example, the secondary system composed of a transit warehouse located in Majuqiao and multiple retailers is taken as the research object to solve the model.Optimize Enterprise A distribution frequency, distribution volume and distribution plan. The example solution verifies the feasibility and scientificity of the joint optimization model of inventory and distribution. Finally, through the result analysis, the results of the individual decision of inventory and distribution are compared with the results of the joint decision of inventory and distribution.Under the joint decision,it can reduce the total logistics cost of the inventory and distribution links.Explain that this model and algorithm can reduce the total cost of Enterprise A,and at the same time improve the response speed of the supply chain and increase the profit of the enterprise. The research of this dissertation has practical guiding significance for Enterprise A.There are 12 figures,10 tables and 66 references in this dissertation.
