China's construction machinery manufacturing industry is developing rapidly in recent years under the control of macroeconomic policy, leading both competition and cooperation between government and private enterprises. At the same time, domestic enterprises, by supporting others and cooperation, make China become an important role on the international stage of construction machinery manufacturing industry and rank among the power countries of machinery manufacturing. Under this great circumstance, it becomes a priority to figure out how to facilitate enhancing international competitive strength for domestic construction machinery manufacturing industry.China's manufacturing enterprises must adopt advanced management ideas and methods to change the current backward mode of manufacture. Most of the enterprises manufacture products by assembling the parts into finished products, during the processing of all parts are independent, without cooperate, manufacturing and process technology are discrete, and production processes can not be effective connected, resulting in a backlog of inventory of all production processes. The logistics system of this type of manufacturing are somewhat complicated, cannot form a effective production and logistics arrange and control system, which resulted in the low efficiency of production logistics in China's manufacturing enterprises.This research focus on the optimization of logistics engineering machinery manufacturing system under the guidance of lean thinking, using theory of constraints to optimize the production logistics in order to achieve the rationalization of logistics system to speed up the logistics operation time and turnover of funds, and to make logistics of enterprises more efficient. China's construction machinery manufacturing enterprises should learn lean management concept on its re-positioning of logistics system, through manner to meet various market demands and the integration of internal and external logistics system to enhance their competitive strength. In this paper, based on understanding of lean thinking, we try to use this concept in logistics systems to optimize them. The core concept of lean management has been introduced-eliminate waste and Theory of Constraints-Find the "bottleneck" problem. By combining of both, we seek a way to optimize the logistics system in construction machinery manufacturing enterprises A and implement of lean thinking to the enterprise's production management. Based on the practice of manufacturing unit in the construction machinery enterprises, through research of the production process and manufacturing sector, The paper find the bottleneck of production process, analyze the causes, and try to find solutions. In the improvement of lean thinking of the enterprise, the finding improves, optimizes production logistics gradually, and improves economic performance.
