So when CDTM upgrades there EPR system, it based on the traditional ERP system, Combined Related theory to solve current producing problem, etc. it is important and valuable to research.This article is based on literature review and research, analyzed the CDTM ERP system in depth. First, introduced the status of the CDTM ERP, evaluated production planning system, Sales and purchase system, inventory system and running of the system platform, pointed out some problems of the system, proposed the requirement of upgrading the system. Second, aimed at the status of the system, proposed the target of upgrading, and made program of upgrading production planning management, Sales and purchase management, inventory management, and etc. Especially in production planning system, combined compress and constraint theory, proposed reasonable advice. Finally, this article pointed out the preparation for the upgrading, which includes:Hardware Support, shift and improvement of static and dynamic basic data. Explained the changes of the mode and roles of upgraded system, arranged training class of using new system.The research goes in for establishing centraller, accurater ERP system, and using system to keep security for management and decisions, improving core-competitiveness of enterprise. The results of research provided guidance to help CDTM or other enterprises to pursue there effective management.
