Cold Chain Logistics Center Equipment Management Information System

Information system builds the central nervous system of modern logistics. It is also the technical support of modern cold chain logistics. Cold chain logistics enterprises want to gain advantage in the fierce competition; they must establish an information management system. Through the information fast, accurate and real-time flow, companies can make a positive reaction dynamically to the market.Cold chain logistics is different from the traditional logistics, because of its unique temperature environment; the management of it has more inconvenience and higher requirements. Key equipments of cold chain logistics center have a critical impact on the efficiency and cost of whole Cold chain logistics center. Efficient operation of the cold chain depends on the reasonable and sound management of cold chain equipment. Management of cold chain logistics device becomes a key factor for enterprise to achieve the profit target.The system designed in this paper is based on the network management needs of current cold chain logistics enterprises, and referred to the basic situation of existing equipment management information system and the actual development of the enterprise, use the company's existing equipment management system as the basic data source, achieve the purpose of cold chain logistics business equipment management and equipment maintenance and daily check, Propose the network sharing system with using database-driven site, C #.NET development platform, and with multi-level, multi-user, secure and convenient in order to achieve information sharing and management.Firstly, The research of this study is based on the difference between cold chain logistics center and ordinary logistics center, the difference include cold chain logistics center working environment, special equipment and other factors; Analyzed the theory and knowledge and international developments of cold chain logistics and equipment management; Pointed out the importance of information management for cold chain logistics center's equipment. Secondly, the theoretical method of management of cold chain logistics center's equipment, and the factors of equipment non-work had been studied. From the perspectives of theory and practice, a device management system with function of data analysis had been designed and implemented. Thirdly, by studying entire process of the management for cold-chain logistics device, this paper analyzed the feasibility of equipment management system, and then made a clear plan for design, design goals, development platform and the overall structure of the system. Finally, based on the B/S (Browser/Server) network computing model and C #.NET', a cold chain logistics equipment management information system framework had been constructed, and some of the functions in the system had been implemented in this paper.
