As the main channel for transporting fresh food such as meat,poultry,eggs,melons and vegetables,which are necessary for people's daily life,the development of cold chain logistics has always been the focus of national attention.According to the report of Research and Markets,the size of the global cold chain market is expected to grow at an annual rate of 7% from 2015 and reach $234.49 billion by 2020.At present,the output of meat,poultry,eggs,fruits and vegetables and aquatic products ranks first in the world,but the circulation channels of most fresh agricultural products are in a non-cold chain environment,and 80% of perishable products have no temperature monitoring during storage and transportation.The loss of agricultural products before the terminal consumption also ranks first in the world,and the low level of cold chain logistics has become the key constraint for the development of China's agricultural economy.In 2010,China first proposed the “Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan(2010-2015)”,which raised the development of cold chain logistics to the national strategy.In order to realize the development of cold chain logistics and ensure the safety and quality of fresh cold chain,we need to further carry out research on this topic.Through the analysis and discussion of the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this paper starts the research from five aspects.The first chapter briefly analyses the relevant literature of cold chain logistics information collection and application at home and abroad,as well as the main research contents and innovations of this paper.The second chapter introduces the modern scientific and technological means used in the collection of cold chain information,including information acquisition technology,sensor network and detection technology,intelligent technology,GIS and big data.And build a cold chain information data collection model that integrates big data and Internet of Things,and build a cold chain information platform for information sharing.The third chapter proposes a new cold chain logistics service model,it is also named the cold chain logistics cloud service model,the cold chain logistics cloud service platform system model is designed,and the main functions of the platform are introduced.This chapter divides the cold chain cloud service model into three categories,including the cloud distribution service model based on the car carrier platform,the cloud warehouse service model based on the non-library carrier platform,and the full service of the cloud cold chain.The service model provides different personalized services for customers with different needs.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the factors influencing the choice of the cold chain service provider in the cloud-based service model based on the car carrier-free platform were analyzed.The fourth chapter explains how to combine the cold chain information platform with the smart city system,how to use the information advantage in the smart city system to collect cold chain information more conveniently,and list the specific application methods,it includes temperature detection during transportation changes,community fresh-keeping feedback from the cabinet,intelligent cold chain distribution in smart cities,cold chain storage and fresh product supervision and monitoring,and implementation of information feedback traceability early warning analysis.The fifth chapter summarizes the whole paper.
