Through analyzing its strategic co-ordination, overall planning four aspect like commercial operation mode and functional orientation, standard operating procedures, hardware facilities and logistics information systems, though strengthening operational management and integration cold chain resources these two major aspects, this paper gives the counter measures and suggestions for strengthening the overall planning of food cold chain logistics center.
