With the wave of economic globalization, the theory of the corporate social responsibility origined from the beginning of 20th century is sweeping across the globe and becoming a hot topic in the current international community, the voice of the corporate social responsibility the public call for is getting higher and higher. To get involved in competition in the international market, it is far from enough for enterprise to just keep the general international standards and practices, but also to pay attention to the emerging international rules the corporate social responsibility belong to. The study on the corporate social responsibility abroad makes rapidly progress is more earlier than domestic, so the corporate social responsibility the international community request has been turned into a kind of specific actions, it has become an unstoppable international trend. Corporate social responsibility is not only the opportunities of an enterprises existence and growths, also is essential for the harmony between enterprises, society and environment.Based on different perspectives and fields the current theoretic and practical fields join in the research into the corporate social responsibility and discuss how to better promote the corporate social responsibility. The insights into corporate social responsibility with cultivating mechanism based on the perspective of behavior has rather urgent practical and theoretical significance between grasping the viewpoint and connotation of the corporate social responsibility objectively and coming up with a set of cultivating mechanism for fully performing the corporate social responsibility.The thesis has six chapters. Chapter 1 generally introduces the background, meaning, current research at home and abroad as well as the research method and framework; Chapter 2, on the basis of literature, elaborates the basic theory of the corporate social responsibility, explains related theories and sets on tone for the thesis; Chapter 3, based on the related research foundation, analyses relevance of the business conduct to the corporate social responsibility from the point of view of behavior, annotate again the concept, puts forward the behavioral level model of the corporate social responsibility and determining the content; Chapter 4, by the method of literature searching, interview and questionnaire, associates qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, concludes the influence factors of the corporate social responsibility based on the definition and connotation, constructs the model the influence factors of the corporate social responsibility; Chapter 5, based on the current severe challenges and the influence factors of the corporate social responsibility, takes the principles and significance of building up cultivating mechanism, comes up with a set of cultivating mechanism for fully performing the corporate social responsibility; Chapter 6 is the summary and the outlook.
