Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has always been an important subject ofmanagement, because it involves both individual earnings and development alsoinvolves the whole social wealth increase and destruction. It torture very enterprise`sown management behavior choice, and also questioned which the government andsociety should take the laws, rules, measures, and attitude. In recent years, corporatesocial responsibility is becoming a hot topic in China, mainly because SanLu milkpowder,"dirty" steamed bread, China Peace circle money event, Foxconn employeesjump off a building, Shanxi illegal mines and so on,a series of huge influence ofvicious incident has triggered widespread social attention. However, existing researchusually discuss of corporate social responsibility just from these negative behaviors ofcorporate social responsibility, but when transferred into the concept of corporatesocial responsibility, the target was lost. Because corporate social responsibilitycontains not only to the enterprise for its own interests, and harm to the whole societyfortune’s negative behavior, and also contains a certain benefits to the sacrificeenterprise and contribute to society as a whole wealth of positive behavior. Because ofnegative behaviors of corporate social responsibility in the western developedcountries do not highlight, so the concept of corporate social responsibility refers tomore positive behaviors, but for China’s current social reality, on the one hand, thepositive law of corporate social responsibility behavior is not redundant, on the otherhand, studies the rule of negative behaviors of corporate social responsibility is moreurgent. But the existing research is still inadequate to the distinction between thepositive and negative behaviors of corporate social responsibility.The research bring angle of double factors theory for the first time in theanalysis of corporate social responsibility, and the author think that positive andnegative behaviors of corporate social responsibility is not a single dimension of thepoles, but two different dimensions of corporate social responsibility. By analyzing the driving factors of positive and negative corporate social responsibility behavior,we try to find that has a system of difference between them. To collect our countryreality of30cases, we analysis further confirmed that the distinction between positiveand negative behavior. This research adopts the double factors of corporate socialresponsibility in order to clarify the guidance of positive corporate socialresponsibility behavior and the control of negative behaviors of corporate socialresponsibility is two different problems, and to adopt targeted policies and measuresto provide better guidance to practice. At the same time, double factors perspectivecan explain malicious complex phenomenon that some enterprises both doing good(positive) and in the meantime doing bad corporate social responsibility.
