The concept of risk management established in the financial markets at first, but with the development of the market, for many industries, needs of risk management meet their features becoming heat up. This article focuses on thermal power generation industry in the areas of market risk and risk transfer of dollars to the thermal power enterprises to be more scientific and effective risk assessment and prediction markets provide a theoretical basis, mainly includes three aspects: first, the specific of thermal power industry, market risk, make the coal price risk, the stock market risk and price risk is the risk element of the thermal power industry risk element transmission system; second, the risk element transmission using hierarchical method, based on market risk, the risk component system established ANP (Analytic Network Process) model to SuperDecisions software as a tool to evaluate risk on the industry; Finally, on the basis of the evaluation, select the stock market risk, the risk element, the forecast for further analysis, based on the RBF neural network and build a multi-data in case of impact indicators forecast model. Affect stock prices and choose the MA5, BIAS6, PSY12 other indicators, building different sets of input vectors, analysis and comparison of prediction, the optimal combination of indicators; and to further verify the validity of the model prediction, as the prediction model has certain general, and also can be applied to coal price forecast analysis and predictive analysis, etc., has some theoretical significance and practical application.
