Research On The Project Legal Person Risk Management Of Thermal Power Project

With the size of thermal power projects increasing and technology is become more complex, various types of risk factors are significantly increasing. And if these risks can not be given attention or not handled properly, it will cost the legal person a great loss. Therefore, in order to avoid or reduce the legal person's loss, it is necessary for researching the thermal power project risk management.This paper combines with modern project risk management theory and practice of China's thermal power project, and research the risk management of thermal power project systematically. First elaborated analysis thermal power project risk management theory, then use technology to identify the risk of thermal power projects in various stages. From the perspective of legal person, this paper builds an evaluation index system of thermal power project risk management. Then establish a comprehensive evaluation model based on the method of AHP and extension, and proposed thermal power project risk prevention responses. Finally, the paper put the method into power investment project risk's comprehensive evaluation, explained its feasibility and validated its validity.
