This paper is an improtant part of National Natural Science Foundation of China named "Generic Project Risk Element Transmission Theory Model and Application", and the network planning risk transmission theory is mainly researched.To solve the network structure,the definition of network planning need to be expanded,which can be classified as typical network,intelligent optimizing network,muti-objective RCT network and risk transmission forecasting network.And the intelligent optimizing network can be classified as genetic algorithm network,neural risk element network and risk neural network.In the network planning projects,the network has been definited based on generic project risk element transmission theory,and all the models can be analyzed by the different examples.Based on the above algorithms,in order to enforce the practicability of the generic project risk element theory,the software implementation is presented in the end of paper according to the different models. |
