Power Enterprise Project Management Strategic Planning

Currently, along with the deepening of the power system, power enterprises are facing internal and external environment's changes, and the future will be further changes. How to develop rapidly in the complex environment, is the most important issue of the power supply enterprises. To solve this problem, it must be through a corporate strategic planning to address, and the scientific strategic planning must be reasonable and enforceable.It can be said,strategic planning is essential for long-term development, but its often difficult to implement.This paper summarizes contemporary thinking on the basis of project management, combined with the actual situation of power supply enterprise, described the strategic planning of power supply enterprises to promote the need and feasibility for project management.Stand management point of view, the author follow the basic theory of project management, focusing on modern project management theory are discussed in the use of strategic planning, strategic planning on how to make the start of project management, planning, implementation, control, finishing, etc. The reference method for the main process, the five processes of project management group (the boot,planning, implementation,control and the process of finishing) and nine knowledge areas (project scope management,time management,cost management,human resources management,project contract management,project communication management,project quality management,project integration management) for the analysis, proposed power supply enterprises with strategic planning and project management model, and finally through a power supply enterprise strategic planning the actual case, with project management methods are analyzed to guide the actual work. Finally, the conclusion is proved in the project management role in strategic planning.
