The Application Research Of Project Management In Quality Management Of Business Planning

In recent years,business planning plays a more and more important role in the enterprise,it has become one of the key indicators to measure a enterprise scientific management and decision-making level,that which can be sustained and stable to complete high quality business planning.However,at present,for the most domestic enterprises,it is still traditional to adopt the business planning method.There are the two big problems resulting in the quality and effects of business planning not high,the rights of the relative concentration of lead to subjectivity,lack of pre planning and process control.The companies urgently need a more scientific decision-making method.Project management method has its advantages in project stakeholders management,planning management and process management,and the formation of a high degree of complementarity between business planning.So it will be introduced into the practice of business planning.Firstly,through the matching method,management process of stakeholder management,project scope management and related tools and techniques are selected from the PMBOK?,establishing a set of idea and method to promote business planning relevant stakeholders actively to participate in and to strengthen the planning and process control.Then,the process of project time management is proposed to examine the effect of project stakeholder management and project scope management on business planning.The reference time is estimated by activity continued for three point estimation method in time,to obtain the effect contrast.The modeling technology in the progress of control(system dynamics model)is used to build the business planning process model.The experts judged the working parameters(fraction correct and complete?time to discover rework?productivity and normal staff)into the system dynamics model to estimate the business planning time in the two conditions(expected completion time),with the reference time and the expected completion times twice compared.If the completion of the two expected time are earlier than the reference time,project management the method has taken the effect.Finally,through an example of verification: project management method can effectively control the business planning.It provides the same type of enterprises a positive guiding significance in a sustained and stable access to high quality commercial planning.
