The Research On Development Strength Of Electric Power Enterprise Based On KPI Analysis

As the foundation cream of our country, electric power industry plays an important role in national economy and social progress. In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of electric power industry and enhance China's electric power enterprise's international competitiveness, it's important to research market structure and development strength of China's electricity enterprises.Based on combining of industry analysis and KPI key performance indicators, this paper introduces qualitative and quantitative analysis methods from the macroscopic perspective, constructs KPI index system and KPI assessment tools of electricity enterprise development capacity, and research the development strength of electricity enterprises from the following three parts:thermoelectricity, hydroelectric power, nuclear power by explaining the status of the whole electricity enterprise development.Firstly, evaluationg the KPI indicators:economic benefit, assets management, debt paying ability, development ability of three kinds of electric power industry pattern. Secondly, demonstrating the conclusion of KPI analysis with Dupont analysis and Entirely analysis.The innovation of this paper place is introduced KPI performance evaluation indicator for the research of enterprise development force, which is meaningful for the investment decisions of power around. Meanwhile, it is useful for each electricity enterprises take relevant methods to improve the development of its economy.
