With the continuous development of market economy, the rapid growth of automobile industry, China's car sales rising year by year, production and sales has become a superpower. Car sales service industry as sales of automotive products terminals in the whole industry chain as an important role in the development of auto 4S shop direct bearing on the survival of auto manufacturers.This article in accordance with the case description, case studies, problem-solving in order to start thinking. HL car sales services to companies and business BBDC status of automobile manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the carrier, both in the development process for the problems in a wide range of case studies. HL company first introduced the basic situation and development process and automobile manufacturing company with BBDC relationship between, the various problems such as their own.Secondly, the use of relevant marketing theory of the case analysis. PEST analysis method mainly used HL analysis of the company's macro environment, by Michael Porter Five Forces Model HL company competitors, industry competition structure in which research on product characteristics, degree of differentiation, consumer characteristics, segmentation markets for effective analysis. SWOT analysis method combined with a realistic description of the HL company in the competition have strengths and weaknesses.Finally, the problems of the company made HL propose targeted marketing strategy to improve operating conditions, assist in the fierce market competition for survival and development.
