Mobile phone, one of the high-tech electronic consumptive products, prevails in China at high speed. Through high-speed development of the last few years, China has become the biggest mobile phone market. Currently, the competition of the mobile phone enterprise, having already turned into all-directions competition, including price and selling mode,market publicity,marketing outlet,culture corporate and etc. All mobile phone manufactures are faced with making new survey and adjustment to their market and sales strategy to deal with the challenge caused by the exciting market.Marketing Management theory,Industry competition analysis model and SWOT analysis method are used in this article, and Amobile company is selected as researching object through analyzing the current of our mobile phone market. The change of target market, competitors'actions, and sales mode and etc, are mainly evaluated and analyzed. Passing the analysis process knowing both ourselves and our adversaries, finding out the strength and weakness of Amobile, this article bring forward the sales strategies that should be used, and provide science basis for the development of Amobile aftertime.This thesis investigate that domestic brand how to shares the mobile phone market that foreign brand take absolute advantage and acquire larger development space,by research the marketing strategy of Amobile company.
