At present, China is entering the peak period of home appliances retirement, according to experts estimate, since 2004, China will have at least 500 million computers,50 million mobile phones,500 million TV sets,400 million refrigerators,500 million washing machine into the retirement period every year, which does not include players, speakers, dishwasher, microwave and other small pieces of household appliances, in addition to self-produced junk, a large number of foreign waste enter to China every year,so china poses a serious environmental and social pressures.Reverse logistics of discarded appliances is a very complex and huge system, and now China's electronics recycling industry is still in its infancy, both in laws and regulations, or from waste recycling and recovery process on the scale, compared with developed countries, there are big gaps between our country and these developed countries. Therefore, t there is still much room for improvement and a lot of work to make the construction of the recycling and reuse of waste household appliances more reasonable.In this paper, author made a system analysis of the reverse logistics and the discarded appliances'reuse and recycling, in addition,author analysis of current reverse logistics of discarded appliances and their advantages and disadvantages of the three reverse-logistics modes, namely: corporate self-recovery mode, and enterprise joint independent, and the third-party reverse logistics model. As an independent third party reverse logistics model's process in the recycling of waste household appliances have unique advantages, the paper made a comprehensive analysis of the third-party reverse logistics model, and according to independent third-party reverse logistics model features, author built a model to solve how to make a planning for the reverse logistics network, and according This mode of network planning model, author make a accuracy analysis combine with a simulation model.
