| At first, the paper introduces an important port in northem China-Qingdao Port's bulk terminals and the basic conditions of its dispersion and transportation systern. And combination with the import and export data of ore and coal every year, the paper analyzes why the dispersion and transportation is not smooth, and then gets a conclusion that what the reason is that the coal gets in the port but the lorry does not leave the port. And more, the paper considers that the problem is the majority and common problem around ports. This paper analyzes import and export situation of China's iron ore and coal and analyzes the history, current situation and development direction of railways around Qingdao Port, combined with a large number of charts and data.On the basis of these anises, the paper predicts the bulk terminals will be faced with the challenge-the dispersion and transportation pressure of bulk terminals will continue to increase. The reasons include three aspects. The first one is that the railway transportation development has been no fundamental change;the second aspect is a significant decline in coal exports;and the last one is that iron ore imports continue to grow. This paper provides an emergency solution in the short-term,such as Strengthening the rail co-ordination and information sharing, and strengthening the road transport Efforts. However, the solution is only emergency, and the solution does not fundamentally make the dispersion and transportation of port bulk flow. Therefore, this article considers the fundamental solution is to re-adjust the port layout in Shandong province, with combination of the opportunity to adjust the layout of railway,large-scale enterprises in Shandong Province. The ports in Shandong are to build the Group-wide regional and integrated ports. These ports connect Shandong port and even nationwide major companies with Asian multi-output channels.Among them, the Qingdao Port is the container-interim bases in Northeast Asia;Rizhao Port is the first ore transit port in the world;and Yantai Port is the maritime hub connecting North China and the Northeast. |
