A Study On How To Choose The Third Party Logistics In Household Electrical Appliance Industry

Efficient third-party logistics activity play an irreplaceable role in enhancing enterprise core competitiveness, reducing logistics cost, optimizing internal and external resources. Whether or not the third party logistics'effects can be put into full play depends largely on the logistics service level and strength. In choosing TPL, It is difficult to have comprehensive, accurate understanding and grasping in TPL' strength. It can cause higher expectation or negative view and bring a lot of obstacles to the cooperation of both sides.At present, the number of large-scale home appliance enterprises has reached more than 2000, home appliance logistics has become the emerging logistics professional field in China's modern logistics. But household electrical appliance industry is in trouble, downstream facing the pressure of the chain business, upstream facing the challenge of high raw material costs. As "third profit source" logistics is regarded as the link which can reduce operating costs and improve operation efficiency.But the current evaluation selection methods have some limitations, they can not aim at household electrical appliance industry logistics requirements to select the third party logistics providers. So whether or not we build an effective third party logistics provider choice model, choose the right a third party logistics provider become the key of home appliance enterprise business outsourcing. It is a very practical significance problem.The first chapter analyzes the research background, the research situation and the research significance. The second chapter analyzes the theory basis of the third party logistics service provider choice in the household electrical appliance industry, including household electrical appliance industry status, home appliance logistics characteristics, the advantage and disadvantage of household electrical appliance industry choosing the third party logistics, the basic theory of the third party logistics and the third party logistics services, the game theory of the third party logistics service provider choice. Chapter three analyzes of the present situation and future development trend of the third party logistics in household electrical appliance industry. The fourth chapter analyzes five kinds of home appliance logistics operation model, and establish the logistics mode selection model and the fuzzy evaluation method. The last chapter sets up the third party logistics service provider evaluation index system, and establish multi-objective programming model which choose the third party logistics service provider based on importance of household electrical appliance industry. It provides the theoretical basis for choosing the third party logistics services in China's household electrical appliance industry.
