At present,China's social home appliance products to the logistics network has been developed very mature,but its reverse logistics network has just started.Home appliances contain a large number of electromechanical components;these components are becoming a huge number of types of complex.With the completion of a comprehensive well-off society,China's household consumption of household appliances is also a sharp increase in consumption,and economic and social development also makes the business launch of the product,the replacement cycle is shorter,eventually leading to a large number of waste home appliances.The existing home appliances reverse logistics network is extremely "weak",the urgent need to optimize the design.In the face of the above problems,this paper has carried on the optimized design research to the reverse logistics network of home appliances electromechanical products.This paper introduces the basic concept and research status of reverse logistics network,and expounds the theoretical basis of reverse logistics network of home appliance electromechanical products.It studies the classification and characteristics of reverse logistics network of home appliance products.Then,the status quo of reverse logistics network of home appliance electromechanical products is analyzed,and the existing network operation mode and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and the optimization direction is obtained.Then,the core of this paper is to construct a reverse logistics network optimization model of home appliance electromechanical products which is properly combined by forward logistics and reverse logistics network elements.The optimization scheme of the model is described by using mixed integer linear programming model.Finally,the model is valued through a concrete example.
