In the background of economic globalization, the market get more and more competitive, and the needs of the customers get more and more personalized and diversification. Since the emergence of high-tech and updating are accelerating increasingly, the product life cycles get shorter and shorter, so the companies are facing ever-changing competitive environment. It is difficult to predict. Logistics system in the face of the system requirements and the external environment characteristics of uncertainty is also becoming more and more outstanding, embodied in:logistics clients get more diversified, service requirements get more diversified, logistics service area get more expansion, and logistics service mode get more diversification. As flexibility is generally considered a powerful weapon to deal with the uncertainty. Therefore, the issue of flexible logistics system has aroused great concern by the business community and academia in recent years.Because the previous studies of flexibility are focused on the manufacturing sector, while few studies involved in the field of logistics. So in this paper, flexible logistics system is the research object. I hope this research can play a valuable role in the flexible logistics system for the future research and development. In this article, relate concepts of flexibility and logistics systems firstly. And then flexible logistics system carried out a systematic analysis. Through analysis the influence factor of logistics system and access to the relevant foreign language and literature, finally with the experts in related fields determining basic framework of the logistics flexible evaluation system. Then select the evaluate index by corresponding software, and ultimately we get the flexible evaluation index system of logistics system. Including one total index layer, four index layers,25 sub-index layers. Take the form of questionnaires to evaluate these 25 indicators'importance ranking. Then use the fuzzy entropy weight coefficient method for flexible logistics system for the evaluation to determine the weight. In the evaluation model to some of the major extension matter-element model based on logistics system to create a flexible model. In the empirical part of the Y company, for example, the Y business logistics system flexibility were evaluated. Finally, the summary of the contents of this paper, and pointed out the inadequacies of this article.
