Single And Small Batch Manufacturing Production Flexibility Of SCOR Based Logistics

With the rapid development of economy, there comes the increasingly fiercecompetition. Market structure also has changed dramatically with seller’s market intobuyer’s market. At this time, Traditional mass production mode is difficult to adapt to thedevelopment of new market demands, the sheet small batch production mode has graduallybecome the main mode of production in today’s manufacturing enterprises.As an important part of sheet small batch manufacturing enterprises, productionlogistics system means a lot in today’s society. The improvement and enhance of productionlogistics’ efficiency will directly affect the overall efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.With the rapid development of technology and economy, the production logistics system isfaced with the uncertainty and change, for example, the diversity of service object, thediversification of service requirements, service area expansion and diversification of servicemode. As flexibility is usually considered as a response to uncertainty and changes,therefore, study on flexible production logistics system has attracted scholars and socialcommon concern.In the past, the flexible research is mainly focused on manufacturing enterprises. Studyis relatively small on the research of the logistics system flexible, especially flexibleproduction logistics system. This paper hopes providing a reference for the future researchin the field of logistics flexibility through the production logistics system of the flexiblestudy. First, the author sorts out the papers on flexible production logistics system. Based onthis, the author build the production logistics system based on SCOR model for analysiscombining with the characteristics of production logistics system. Second, the authoranalyses the uncertainty of production logistics system in detail and points out that theuncertainty existing in the system of production logistics research flexible premise. Third,the author analyses flexible demand and factors of production logistics system. Based onthis, the author builds the flexible index evaluation system of production logistics systemusing analysis method and expert questionnaire method. There are6first-level indicatorsand28secondary indicators. After calculating flexible index weight to the productionlogistics system using AHP, build a flexible evaluation model based on fuzzy theory. Inempirical research part, the author selected two sheet small batch manufacture enterprises asthe research object, and evaluated separately two enterprises’ production logistics flexibleability. Finally through the analysis of the two businesses in different aspects of flexiblelevel gaps, the author provided better reference to improving enterprise flexible ability.
