Research On Logistics Process Flexibility Evaluation System Of The Third-party Logistics Enterpse

With China’s entrance to WTO in 2001, the industry from any aspects in China has rapidly developed. At the same time, people’s income level is rising rapidly; the logistics industry which provides services for various industries has greatly developed. The development of Chinese logistics industry is similar to the logistics development throughout the whole world, but there are also many differences. Chinese logistics industry start later than developed countries, so the size and direction of development have many differences, some enterprises have self-owned logistics, however, the third-party logistics companies are growing rapidly.In China, the third party logistics business, including transport, handling, ware-housing, distribution, packaging from suppliers to customers, various third-party the logistics company’s business have a lot of differences, because of the different geographical, company size and direction of development for various reasons. In recent years, China introduced a policy as guidance for the third-party logistics companies and has some effects. The third-party logistics enterprises in the development of more comprehensive scope of business development have become increasingly widespread. But how to make the logistics process of third-party logistics companies more flexible, have to face many uncertainties, but the country is still lack of relative. This article is based on this foundation, access to a lot of information at home and abroad, to finalize the third-party logistics companies in the logistics process should take into account indicators, and indicators designed questionnaire, issued to the authority of the third party logistics enterprises proficient managers or business people, flexible degree of influence of the logistics process indicators were evaluated.This paper explanation of the flexibility and logistics process at first, and then extensive the logistics process flexibility evaluation index system on the basis of literature. And then design a questionnaire, combined with the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the evaluation questionnaire analyzed by factor analysis method and structural equation modeling(SEM)to correct and verify. At last get a more scientific flexible evaluation model of the logistics process. In the fifth chapter, I use the logistics process flexibility to evaluate a Third-party logistics enterprise, combined with the actual situation of the A enterprise, evaluate the logistics process flexibility of this enterprise.
