Organizational commitment is a hotpot problem, which is studied in the current organizational behavior, human resources management and psychology research areas. To a certain extent, it refers to an attitude that employees towards to the organization and a level that the employees's involvement and recognition to the organization. Enterprise culture is a total of the highest goals, value standards and code of conduct that combined in the long-term working practice by all the staffs. Organizational commitment often exist in the employees's daily production management process, and it is closely linked with the characteristics of the organizational atmosphere. it is besides influenced by the contract regulations restrict and salary welfare effects of economic factors, but also by values, ethics, emotional factors, such as the non-economic factors influence, these cultural psychological factors play a decisive role behavior on employees' organizational commitment. Researching enterprise culture how to affect the employee's organizational commitment can help enterprises cultivate enterprise culture in organizational change development, strengthen employee's organizational commitment and keep talents, it can also improve enterprise operating performance and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper is against to a state-owned enterprise in southwest area of China (A company), which is in a economic thaw period. through a questionnaire survey method, and make a large sample statistic empirical research to explore enterprise culture on the mechanism of the effect of organizational commitment, at the same time, introducing demographic variables as intermediary variable study, this thesis mainly study two problems:(1)Different personality characteristic discussed in organizational commitment and enterprise cultural difference; (2)The different enterprise culture dimensions how to affect organizational commitment's various dimensions. Specifically, firstly, this paper make a research on the background, purpose, content and methods; Secondly, relying on the domestic and foreign existing relevant theory and argument, we can make a integration of literature data and find the shortage, then put forward hypotheses in this paper, and the hypotheses which is based on the predecessor's research theory. Next we can build a research model, and design questionnaire survey. Finally, using SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software to analysis data, then put forward policy Suggestions according to the result of this data, and proposed a prospects for a follow-up study.The result indicats that a company which put their attention to the internal will has a positive influence to emotional commitment and normative commitment, but a negative influence on economic commitment; a company which put their attention to the external will has a negative influence to emotional commitment and normative commitment,but a positive influence on economic commitment; a company which put their attention to the stable will has a negative influence to emotional commitment and ideal commitment, but a positive influence on normative commitment; a company which put their attention to the flexible will has a positive influence on emotional commitment and ideal commitment, but a negative influence on normative commitment.
