The 21st century is an era full of intense competition. How to adapt to the fast changing market environment and achieve a sustainable growth is the invariable challenge for enterprises. In every type of organization, human resource is the most important element. Therefore, how to deal with employees has become a key factor for the success of organizational change. And organizational commitment is the key factor that impacts on employees' attitude and behavior towards organizational change; it can also be used to forecast employees' resignation intentions and overall performances. Thus, the study of organizational commitment towards employees is significantly important in organizational change.Human resource is a fundamental element that impacts organizational change; corporate culture is an invisible driving force that influences the way employees behave as a whole. How corporate culture influences organizational change is also an important subject that company executives should think over.This dissertation analyzes the relationship between employees' organizational commitment and corporate culture in the context of organizational change. Based on discussion of real case, the dissertation aims to provide references for enterprises and academia on relevant subjects.This dissertation reviews theories and research findings on the subjects of organizational change, organizational commitment and corporate culture. Based on previous research scales, the questionnaire has been developed. Then the author selects China Gezhouba (Group) Corporation which is in the context of organizational change to do empirical study. Altogether 546 valid questionnaires have been collected. The reliability analysis shows favorable internal consistency between questionnaires and the scale. Based on this, the author summarizes population statistics information and carries out analysis of variance to discuss the difference of the averages in the variable dimension in different property groups. The author also conducts regression analysis to discuss the correlation between corporate culture and organizational commitment to test the hypothesis.Finally, the author further analyzes the research, provides feasible suggestions to decision markers and discusses possible limitations of the research so as to pave the way for future studies.
