Human society has entered the era of knowledge economy, therefore, as one of the most important factor of production of knowledge is playing an increasingly important role. Knowledge workers as bearers of knowledge,is the core resources, expanding its ranks,the value of the enterprise are becoming increasingly important. According to the Italian economist Pareto's 80/20 principle, 20% control 80% of the organization's resources and creating 80% of the wealth of the organization, but this is 20% of the people are all knowledge workers, including the core layer and backbone layer Staff。How the performance of knowledge workers is directly related to the organization's survival and development of state implementation of its strategy execution is even more related to the enhancement of core competitiveness of enterprises, and similarly, the team strategy is bound to give poor execution of the operation of enterprises and interests of the huge losses. Therefore, the new background, in response to the rapidly changing knowledge economy, new perspective for an effective strategy to enhance execution of knowledge workers become extremely important.The integrated use of sociology, psychology, organizational behavior theory and modern management knowledge, literature review, theoretical research, in-depthinter views, surveys and empirical research methods combined, From the knowledge of the characteristics of psychological contract perspective, the psychological contract of knowledge workers the relationship between execution and strategy to enhance the knowledge workers to find an effective strategy execution means for further study and practice of business management to provide reference. This study empirical amasis the two relationships:and the following conclusions: I psychological contract factor knowledge and strategic execution factor positive correlation; psychological contract variables, respectively, and strategic consensus, strategic coordination and strategic control of the three variables a significant positive correlation;Ⅱknowledge-based three-dimensional structure of psychological contract, relational psychological contract in the personal initiative of OCB and colleagues dimensional variables positively related to altruistic behavior; the development of psychological contract only variable positively associated with individual initiative; and transactional psychological Lease contract for this and no direct positive effect on the variable.
