The Research On Public Employment Service Of Hangzhou City Under The Perspective Of Basic Public Services Equalization

Achieving the equalization of public employment services is a crucial element to improve the public services system, an important way and necessary means to solve the employment problem of the whole society, an important step in building a service-oriented and peoples livelihood-oriented government. The Party Central Committee and our government clearly put forward to building public employment cultural service system positively in the whole society, protecting the basic civil employment rights. At this background, this article has important theoretical and practical significances to explore how to achieve the equality of public employment services in society, through the research of the status of the equalization of public employment services in Hangzhou City.This paper focuses on closely on the main line of achieving the equalization of public employment from the angle of theory and practice. At first, it gives a brief definition of the relevant concepts and a literature review of the research topic, and presented the research methods, and produced the innovation and the difficulty in the first and second part. Then, it studys the status quo and the development of Sino-foreign public employment services, and try to build the index system of the equalization of public employment services. Then, it analyze the economic and social base of Hangzhou City improving the equalization of the public employment services,and choose the standard index to evaluate the equalization of the public employment services of Hangzhou City, at the same time,to find the main reasons for unequal of the public employment service in Hangzhou.At last, the policy recommendations of continuing to improve the development of the equalization of public employment services in Hangzhou City are raised.
