Study On The Mode Of Agricultural Logistics Agency

February 25th,2009, at the executive meeting chaired by Premier Wen Jiabao, ten industry revival plans were voted. And in the logistics industry revitalization planning, agricultural products logistics is listed, thus the development of agricultural products logistics was mentioned again among the agenda of national economic development. July 2010, the National Development and Reform Commission promulgated the "cold chain logistics development plan of agricultural products". It stated clearly by 2015, "the cold chain logistics service system of agricultural products which has rational layout, advanced facilities, upstream and downstream linked well, perfect function, standardized management and improved standard will be built initially". As an important part of agricultural circulation system, agricultural logistics promotes the circulation of agricultural products in the national economy.In reality, there are several agricultural logistics modes. Though the Third-party Logistics can improve the efficiency of agricultural logistics, it is difficult to use widely. Product traceability system is mostly applied to pre-order agriculture but less for single farmers.In this thesis,on the basis of the analysis of the present agricultural logistics modes, we propose agricultural logistics agency, which is a transition form to realize the third party logistics. It is a new mode that the agricultural logistics enterprises use logistics technology and social logistics resources to improve the efficiency of agricultural logistics, overcome the defects of some current modes and serve society efficiently.Not only the meaning and construction of agricultural logistics agency mode, but also the evaluation system about agricultural logistics agent and the method how to choose agents based on the theory of decision making are proposed. Finally, we study the products traceability system based on agricultural logistics agency.In the first chapter, we introduce the background and development of agricultural logistics, and the main research results are given at last.In the second chapter, we propose the new agricultural logistics mode based on the method of business agency after the brief introduction for current agricultural circulation organization's development and the analysis of the present agricultural logistics modes.In the third chapter, we firstly analyze the acting mechanism of agricultural logistics agency, then introduce several specific ways how to construct agricultural logistics agency. Finally, we propose some ways about interest-driven mechanism for the run of agricultural logistics agency and issues needing attention in actual operations. In the forth chapter, we present evaluation criteria system about agricultural logistics agent. And finally we give the method how to choose agents based on PS.In the fifth chapter, the quality and safety of agricultural products gradually causes the public's attention. Quality tracking has become an essential part of agricultural products circulation. In this chapter, products traceability system based on agricultural logistics agency is designed to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products.In the last chapter, we summarize the whole research results.
