Hebei is a big fresh agricultural production province of China.However, because of the logistics industry of fresh agricultural products started relatively latein Hebei, and the infrastructure condition is backward, and the information technology’application is not common, thus the fresh agricultural products transportations cost high andspend a long time, many fresh agricultural products are unsalable,and the losses for seriousdeterioration is huge. It can be said that the logistics industry of agricultural products whichhas become an obstacle to the development of agriculture in Hebei Province, has a great effecton the increase of peasants’ income. Therefore, the Hebei province of fresh agriculturalproduct logistics research is imminent, build science, efficient fresh agricultural productslogistics system has important practical significance.At first, the paper has introduced the fresh agricultural product logistics developmentstatus of two developed logistics countries~the United States and Japan,and analyzed theircharacteristics and development experience, in order to provide the reference of freshagricultural product logistics system construction for Hebei. And then the paper focus on theanalysis of the region of Hebei province fresh agricultural product logistics, and using theSWOT analytic method to product logistics development advantage, inferior position,opportunity, challenges. Then based on the analysis of current situation, the paper put forwardthe important premise condition for the construction of fresh agricultural products logisticssystem in Hebei, and from the overall regional planning this paper constructs the freshagricultural products logistics network system, from the microcosmic operation of main pointof construction supply chain model of fresh agricultural product. Hebei Province logisticsnetwork system structure is made up of11cities as the logistics center node, with” easy"access as the main link line covering the provi’nces logistics network, the city ofShijiazhuang will be the first stage logistics center spot, the City of Tangshan, Handan,Baoding can be produced to be the second stage logistics center spot, the City of Langfang,Qinhuangdao, Zhangjiakou and other7cities can be produced to be the third stage logisticscenter spot.In the logistics operation mode of dominant aspects, this paper puts forward thetypical fresh agricultural products of vegetables, fruits, milk and pork should be constructedseparately to the supply chain model of wholesale market, the third party logistics, to the processing enterprises as the core of the supply chain mode and integrated the supply chainmode.
