Regional structure adjustment of crop production is a dynamic process, but mensuration of comparative advantage is always a measurement of static index.Thus,we must use the newest data to measure the crop comparative advantage timely.Especially,when China enters into the WTO,the structure adjustment of crop production is attached much more importance and the potential changes in the comparative advantage of different crops is enlarged.In order to provide the father scientific gist,we should check and measure the.planting comparative advantage with the dat but mensuration of comparative advantage is always a measurement of static index.Thus.we must use the newest data to measure the crop comparative advantage timely.Especially,when China enters into the WTO, the structure adjustment of crop production is attached much more importance and the potential changes in the comparative advantage of different crops is enlarged. In order to provide the father scientific gist,we should check and measure the planting comparative advantage with the data of the newest period.According to the comparative advantage theory and the modified aggregated advantage index method,this paper uses the relative data of year 2002-2004 to roundly measure the indexes of comparative advantage in the scale,efficiency and benefit and the modified aggregated indexes, respectively in main crops in different provinces of China.Meanwhile,using the measured results and connecting the real situation of the different regions,we can take a proposal on how to adjust the planting scale of the crop production for all provinces.Moreover,this paper uses mathematical model to expound the civil mechanism in the effect of agriculture capital production value,when adjusting the structure.Using cluster analysis to parse the similar degree in the planting scale structure in provinces,we can get the conclusion that the provinces are in the same clustering.if they locate in the same climate place.The author uses the multivariable regress analysis and factor analysis to show that the planting structure adjustment according to the comparative advantage principle is very helpful to enhance the income of peasant class.Finally.according to the basic conclusions from the empirical analysis,the author gives some significant strategy suggestions for regional structure adjustment of crop production.
