The Study Of Restructuring Assessment System Of Telecommunications Market In China

With the development of Chinese telecommunications, the industry's scale continues to expand. In order to optimize the structure and improve the efficiency of our country's telecommunication operation market, there have been three restructures in the telecom operation market since 1998. Telecommunications restructure has become a hot discuss topic in recent years. Both our state and telecom operators invest huge human and financial resources in each restructure. Whether the investment is worth and achieving the targets is worth to discuss. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the result of each restructure systematically.Based on the theories of the industry structure assessment and enterprise performance evaluation, such S-C-P, Balanced Scorecard Card, this dissertation summarizes the main assessment factors and establishes a restructure assessment system, which can reflect the status of our telecom market in the round. The paper also elaborates the selected reasons of all levels indexes in the system. In the dissertation, the restructure happened in 2008 is assessed as a demo to explain the application of the system.By establishing the restructure evaluation system and empirical research, the assessment indicator system combining market structure theories and enterprise performance evaluation theories is scientific and feasible.
