The more valuable is that, what this word conveys is cultural, and the cultural circle it formed has influenced almost every person in the East Asia today. This text is Chinese characters and the Confucian Cultural is the Han culture or the Confucius Cultural.Therefore, the expanding and deepening the Confucius Culture in the East Asia has become an significant topic of promoting the integration of righteousness. We find that China is now actively promoting the Han Culture and one of the most representative work is positively establishing the Confucius institute in the global.The Confucius institute mainly teaches Chinese because Chinese itself has a certain immeasurable value for the east Asian countries which have the foundation of Chinese. First, as a foreign language,if Chinese can be widely promoted in the east Asia region, it not only can break the communication barriers, but also can construct some identity elements by its presentation, which is more important. Secondly, if the Confucian Culture in east Asia could get publicity, it would form in deeper level of recognition in value,for example, which can lay a solid foundation for the integration of the East Asia.Therefore, since the area with some recognition of the area is the floorboard of the process of regional integration and the process of the integrity is actually the process of promoting the notion of identity, we can then say that if promoting the Confucius institute can strengthen and deepen the identity itself, the building of Confucius institute is in fact the process of promoting the integration of the East Asia.
